Fortera was established in 2015 to become a leader in property development and management in Portugal real estate market. The partners have more than 15 years of vast business activity in the country with more than 300 employees.
The group is developing and managing multiple projects with more than 1.000 apartments, 818 hotels keys and 235,000 sqm of mix use. The group is exit oriented and focused on a short medium-term project (up to 24-48 months) which brings maximum value to our investors and minimum risk.
