This project will become the most promising Boutique Hotel both Porto and Gaia has ever seen. Located in the most beautiful point with breath taking views over just about everything Porto and Gaia have to offer, the Douro the wine cellars, the Ribeira, the D. Luis I Bridge.

The 4-star hotel already under construction will have swimming pool, solarium and restaurant face the landscape that is the main focus of the hotel, the Douro river and Ribeira of Porto. The hotel will have 64 rooms spread over 6 floors.

Construction began in 2022 and is expected to be completed by the middle of 2024.
