An unique project that is being developed between the Fortera Group and the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, which will serve the city with a multifunctional complex, becoming a point of reference in the country. The complex will have a 30-storey tower, which will feature high-quality residential apartments, a five-star hotel with breathtaking views of the Douro River, the city of Porto and Gaia. This complex will also have a rooftop bar, swimming pool and solarium. In addition, it will offer two restaurants, bars, gym, spa, meeting space, parking.

The location and access are extraordinary, as it is within walking distance of the train station, Avenida de Gaia, as well as the metro line.

A congress center will also be developed with a capacity for 2,500 people and around 600 parking spaces. The complex will also have a commercial space with high-end retail stores and a restaurant area. This congress center will allow Gaia and Porto to attract major national and international events, giving both cities a competitive advantage.
