The main street in this area is Rua Pinto Bessa, which is next to one of the main stations in the city, Campanhã station.

As part of the diversity of our portfolio, we purchased two buildings on this main street, just 200 meters from the train station, and licensed them for several families.

This area was one of our target areas in 2016 already due to excellent municipal plans and, as we recognized from the beginning, Campanhã is the future investment trend in Porto.
